Imperial Security Solutions was formed seven years ago and is a wholly owned company of Imperial Holdings (Pty) LTD, which operates in various markets on an International basis.

Imperial Security Solutions is the largest off site monitoring company in Southern Africa, with control rooms currently located in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and Gaborone Botswana.

Imperial Security Solutions also employ in excess of 1200 security officers on a national basis.

Control Rooms

Our control rooms are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the necessary procedures and facilities in place to service our clients specific requirements. These can include services such as armed response, covert surveillance, investigations, polygraph testing, etc.

Imperial Security Solutions counts many varied client profiles on its books and these include hi profile motor dealerships, logistics’ companies as well as high value warehousing companies and transport.

Hi-Tec Security Equipment

The equipment utilised is supplied by a company located in Australia, Xtralis, which operates worldwide as Security equipment specialist suppliers. Their client base includes governments and government departments, traffic control centres, and high risk, area protection.

Imperial Security Solutions enjoys a very high success rate as far as the detection and prevention of crime is concerned. The company also carries multi – risk insurance cover in the unlikely event of a possible gross negligence claim.

The systems and equipment we supply are the latest in Hi-Tec. technology available in the world and are designed in such a way as to be expanded upon if and when necessary. The technology is software driven and is updated remotely, with the latest version of the software on a regular basis by our off site control rooms.

This same equipment is also utilised by the South African Revenue Services as well as the South African Post Office.

Imperial Security Solutions is also able to supply the equipment, linked to various financial packages including a full maintenance contract, which removes the concern for the maintenance of such equipment for the duration of the agreement. (Normally over 60 months)
